Tuesday: 6 - 7pm Beginners | 7 - 8.30pm Advanced Class

Thursday: 6 - 7pm Beginners | 6 - 7:30pm Advanced Class

Saturday: 11am - 11:50pm Kids Class | 12 - 1.30pm - Open Sparring Class

Classes & Opening Times

All our Muay Thai boxing training is conducted by professional friendly trainers who have all had competition experience and are happy to share their Muay Thai fight knowledge with you. They will guide you through the specific fighting styles they have learned and pass this knowledge to you!

121 Training is available with both male & female instructors. Prices start at £35.00 per hour or £20.00 per half hour

Classes are £7.00 for Adults, £5.00 for Children.

Monthly Membership is £50.00 for 12 month contract (£60.00 pay-as-you-go) for Adults and £35.00 for Children. This allows attendance to all classes during the month.
